Development of mechatronic systems:
- Investigation/analysis of the processes between machine/information technology and electronics development including MiL, SiL, HiL, FMU, FMI considerations.
- Investigation interfaces Mechanics / Electronics / Software / Human
- Possible errors and possible failure of the mechatronic components
- Safety and reliability of mechatronic systems
Constructive lightweight construction:
- Mediation of the general aspects of lightweight construction including construction and simulation.
- Analysis and benchmarking of lightweight construction topics in the automotive industry.
- Lightweight construction strategies and construction
- Design principles and stiffening methods
- Lightweight materials, validation, recycling
Sustainable product development and electromobility:
- Definition and analysis of a holistically sustainable product development process.
- Presentation of sustainability aspects in product development.
- Sustainability Studies, Sustainability Certifications
