Description

  • Special measuring stations:
    • Optical table with components for characterizing radiation emitters (LED, IRED, laser diodes) and optical sensors (photodiodes, resistors, transistors), UV-VIS-IR spectrometers, cameras
    • Measuring stations for the characterization of temperature sensors (thermolelements, resistance thermometers, thermistors, pyrometers, thermal imaging camera)
    • Sound measuring room with noise generator, sound level meter and audio meter

  • Standard measuring devices:
    • 8 PC workstations with standard interface (IEEE bus, serial, USB)
    • Lock-in Amplifier (Stanford Research, Scitec Instruments)
    • Electronic Spectrum Analyzers (Hameg, Aaronia)
    • Digital memory oscilloscopes (Tektronix, Meilhaus)
    • Table multimeter (Agilent, Keithley)
    • Function generators (Agilent, Mair and Rohner)

  • Data name and analysis software used: LabVIEW
  • Simulation of measuring circuits: PSPICE
